Tesla Announces the Cyberwhistle, Available Only in Dogecoin

The electric car company Tesla is launching a new product that is designed inspired by its futuristic Cybertruck series.

With the launch of the limited-edition “Tesla Cyberwhistle”, Elon Musk invited his Twitter followers to “blow the whistle” in order to promote his company’s new product.

However, only those ready to invest with more than 1,000 Dogecoin (DOGE) will be able to purchase the new Tesla collector’s item.

Built based on the same design as the Cybertruck, the new Tesla product is made of medical-grade stainless steel.

The Cyberwhistle was immediately available for purchase by anybody owning the cryptocurrency, in direct contrast to the twice-delayed Cybertruck.

Expectations are that the product will be sold at a price of 1,000 Dogecoin, with an expected ship delivery within 4 to 6 weeks. Due to Doge’s current market value sitting at around $0.060, this indicates that the Tesla Cyberwhistle will be sold for over $60. DOGE pricing includes taxes and delivery.

Apparently, Tesla fans found the pricing to be reasonable considering that the item is already listed as “sold out” on the company website.

In January, Tesla began accepting Dogecoin as shipping of goods, continuing Musk’s promotion of DOGE as a stronger currency of trade.

Dogecoin is the only cryptocurrency, according to Tesla, that is presently accepted for some of its merchant products. Incorrect payment amounts or asset types submitted to its address won’t be reversed or repaid, like other digital asset transactions. For users to purchase Tesla products, they need a Dogecoin wallet.

Tesla’s Cybertruck

The prototype for the Cyberwhistle was inspired by one of Tesla’s most anticipated projects, the Cybertruck.

Introduced by Tesla company in 2019, Tesla Cybertruck is a battery-powered light-duty truck with a cyberpunk-inspired design. With EPA range estimates of 400–800 kilometers (250–500 mi) and a predicted 0-100 km/h (0–62 mph) duration of 2.9–6.5 seconds, respectively, three models have been launched so far.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, announced that the company will postpone the release of the Cybertruck and Roadster until “ideally next year.”

The news supports rumors that the electric pickup truck will not be ready by its previous target date of late 2022.

A Whistle is Heard by Doge Holders.

The news of the new Tesla product is introduced just as Elon Musk’s life is about to become eclipsed by a significant court dispute.

The wealthy businessman offered $44 billion for the purchase of Twitter earlier this year. However, Musk eventually withdrew his offer, claiming several issues and transparency shortcomings.

Elon Musk says that Twitter omitted vital information about the number of spambots, phony accounts, and other relevant data of the social network.

According to the former Twitter security chief, Peiter Zatko, Twitter does not know how to state the number of spambots and fake accounts that are active on the platform, which could indicate a much bigger problem than they are willing to disclose.

Zatko was ordered by Musk’s attorneys in late August to testify at his forthcoming court hearing.

Musk’s probability of winning the legal battle appears to have significantly increased with the presence of Peter Zatko, Twitter’s former security director whistleblower.

Tesla launched Cyberwhistle just two weeks after the subpoena and three weeks after Zatko made the accusations public.
