Should Celebrities be Responsible For Endorsing Failed Crypto Projects?

I was reading through the SEC fining celebrities articles, plus the celebs being involved in lawsuits for promoting FTX... kinda seems like the government shouldn't hold celebrities responsible for something that they should be responsible for: creating a safer digital space for investors.

It's definitely a complicated issue. On one hand, celebrities have a responsibility to ensure they're not promoting fraudulent investments. On the other hand, it's important to hold the companies and platforms they promote accountable for creating a safe investment environment. We need a balance between personal responsibility and industry accountability.
